No matter the generation that runs this iconic restaurant, the food and service is always above and beyond. The ribs are so tender they fall off the bone, the sausage is juicy, and the brisket is full of flavor. He even ran across the street to get us ice!!! Never have I been treated with such kindness.

I was searching for some BBQ ribs since Texas suppose have the best ribs. Went to a couple BBQ places, wasn't s satisfied till I came to Skinny Black BBQ. They nailed it! Best BBQ ribs I taste in San Antonio.

First off, thank you for taking us being so close to closing—they were out of everything but ribs and we wanted the ribs! I’ve been craving BBQ. The service was amazing, they were awesome truly great people. The food was heaven. Honestly had to be the best BBQ I’ve had since I’ve moved back to San Antonio. 10/10!
